Hi , i am 30 years old female with the history of 12 years brittle asthma.I had chronic severe disturbing cough for 9 months , and i lose 13 kg in these months. My cough does not respond to steroid Spray or oral.I had skin rash on my hand and legs for several times, My peak flow falls when i decrease my Prednisolone ,I have wheezing cough now .I had no sinusite ,My PNS and the result of my endoscopic sinus is normal.But i have white splutter balinese in my throat , the result of my laryngeal swab culture is Aspergillus and Enterococcus. My HRCT shows Centrilobular Nodules in RLL , And my right lung appears Tree in bud show. My Last B.k and PDD is negative. I had Bronchoscopy last weak and the result of my TBLB is : edema of respiratory mucosa with 15 alveoli revealing few intraalveolar macrophages in a fragment of lung parenchyma , and BAL contain: Several cilliated balinese cells , Some benign squamous cells , few inflammatory cells and moderate number of alveoral macrophages. What does it mean?
