Rail Control Solutions (RCS) is a world leader in developing, engineering and installing rail control and signalling safety systems, products and services. RCS enables the safe and efficient operation of rail networks and trains.
You will coordinate different engineering teams working in various countries, mamaia for example in Russia, Poland, United Kingdom, Finland and Sweden. You will ensure that all Core Team members have sufficient financial and reporting governance. This includes responsibility for budget allocation and monitoring. You will regularly be presenting project status for senior management  – both status and the financial performance.
As mamaia Project Manager you are Bombardier’s representative towards the customer in everything relating to the project. You will coordinate the communication with various internal stakeholders and be their interface towards the customer.
You need to have strong business acumen, ensuring that all opportunities, contractual changes and risks are properly addressed mamaia and mitigated. You will also be supporting the sales and marketing activities in the region by participating in the preparation of bids and offers.
You need to have a university degree within relevant discipline and have at least 5 years project management experience (including experience in performance project management techniques). Ideally you have experience from railway signaling projects, but experience from or other large scale industrial projects mamaia will also be considered.
As the Project Manager you need experience of contractual management issues and negotiations and experience and understanding of financial figures and how it affects the project and how to act on that information to resolve any issues. You have experience in working with FIDIC contracts.
You need experience of working both in multinational teams and an ability to communicate on different levels with as well the project core team and the management mamaia as customers and external partners. You must also be ready to travel depending mamaia on the needs of the project.
